E-Type in need of restoration

A 1964 Jaguar E-Type Series 1 3.8 Roadster is among the early entries for the Dorset Vintage and Classic Auctions’ summer sale.

The E-Type is an original UK-registered car that spent some time in Hong Kong before being repatriated.

It now requires restoration and comes complete with the parts dismantled from the car by its late owner.

It is being auctioned with a guide price of £50,000 to £55,000.

The DVCA sale is being held on June 8 at Athelhampton House, near Dorchester, Dorset.

  1. Went to the Classic Car Show at the NEC yesterday. An excellent day out. Mentioned a few of the highlights on my latest post (purely personal choices of course). Still today and tomorrow to get to the show if you have the chance!

  2. Thanks for commenting. Glad you enjoyed the NEC Show. Even happier that you didn’t come back with an Allegro!
