SOME of the entries that particularly grabbed my eye today (Wedesday) when I attended the viewing day for the Dorset Vintage & Classic Auctions’ spring sale. Viewing continues tomorrow (Thursday) from 10am until 11am when the sale gets underway in a splendid marquee in the grounds of Athelhampton House, near Puddletown, Dorset.

A special Maserati goes ‘home’

A 1967 Maserati Quattroporte, which belonged to Princess Aly Khan, has gone back to its original home at Eaton Square, London, before being auctioned by international auctioneers Coys on March 10.
