Salon Privé confirms the Icona Vulcano will make its UK debut this September. Icona was established in 2010 and launched with an electric concept car the Fuselage. Icona has since developed the Vulcano, a two-door, two-seater super sport. Salon Privé will provide the first opportunity to see this V12 Hybrid one-off, ultra high performance car in the UK. Reaching 950hp, the Vulcano has a top speed of 350km/h and acceleration of under 9 seconds for 0-120mph.
Silverstone Auctions will be offering the world’s best Beetle for auction at its Classic Sale on July 27. The show-stopping 1962 Volkswagen Beetle 1200 De Luxe, estimated at £30,000-£35,000, has had £55,000 lavished on it in a meticulous restoration project.
